This Princess V48 Open has that spacious Mediterranean style with a full length cockpit with sunroof and sun pad. A lower deck saloon for added entertaining space fitted out with Rovere Oak wood satin timbers and the finest materials that Princess has to offer. This V48 is fitted with the Volvo IPS drive system, renowned for its fuel efficiency, superior handling and increased manoeuvrability providing class leading performance, and ease of docking along with a tender garage and hydraulic swim platform. This beautiful Princess V48 appears much larger than other vessels of this size thanks to the high gunwale and tall transom. This provides the larger than usual interior space with six-feet plus of headroom in the aft cabin, as well as huge volume in the galley and saloon area. The extra room comes courtesy of the engines being nearly up against the transom and would suit those who appreciate the luxury of extra space and those who like entertaining guests. The easy-to-use "scissors" V-berth can convert from one large bed suitable for a
couple to separate and create two single berths for the young ones. To top it off an en-suite with an enclosed shower is the icing on the cake.
The real benefits behind the IPS in this boat are the full-beam amidships master stateroom. With more than six feet of headroom, large porthole and windows on both sides means everything is bathed in light when you raise the blinds. A full-size berth, the master suite is a very inviting space. To starboard is a lounge area and to port is a large dresser with a spacious hanging locker forward. The en-suite facilities are forward on the starboard side, with an enclosed shower, a porcelain sink and a mirrored cabinet above. Both en-suites have quality solid surface countertops and domestic quiet flush toilets. Walk downstairs from the helm to the port side, you will find the spacious galley with natural light that flows in from the atrium, giving the space a bright and airy feel. The galley comes complete with SS sink, a three-burner cooktop, under-counter Panasonic microwave, a Fisher & Paykel dishwasher, and a floor to overhead refrigerator/freezer with a secure latching system. Across from the galley to starboard, is the lounge area with U-shaped seating around a seven-foot hi/lo table. This area can convert to an additional berth should you need an extra sleeping area. The cockpit has a U-shaped social area surrounding a multi-leaf hi/lo table perfect for dining and cocktails. The greater part of the cockpit is covered with a standard equipment extensible sunshade. Furthermore, whilst the photographs show this vessel with its blue winter cover, it also comes with a custom grey Spring/Summer cover made to complement the rest of the boat.

The Williams 285 Turbo Jet tender currently housed in the garage (with very low HRS) is very easy to access and launch thanks to the big opening of the garage and the hydraulic swim platform. The tender is included in the sale price.

This Princess has just had its Annual Inspection completed, Lifted out of the water and onto dry dock to have the works completed on 21/09/2021 as shown below:

Prop Speeded.
Both engines inspected and serviced by local authorised Volvo agent. (by the same company since new)
Generator Inspected and serviced.
Engines and engine room cleaned.
Full thorough external and internal detail, including hand polishing all stainless and steam cleaning of interior.
Whilst out of the water, the owners proactively scheduled in an Independent Marine Surveyor to conduct a Survey (which is available to the authorised potential purchaser) and as predicted, no faults or issues were noted for this immaculately presented vessel making this the true meaning of "TURN KEY BOATING"
