Newly purchased and assembled 8M X 3.5M OTTOP floating dock in December of 2002, the owner no longer requires the dock, therefore it is up for sale. Also available to new owner is the current leasehold on the berth at Queenscliff Harbour until December 2023 at no extra cost, with the option of continuing the lease moving forward. Owner has now relocated so pontoon must go.
